I just ordered pasta, clearly stating that I didn't want any spices because I'm allergic. The result? A dish full of spices. Does anyone read customer reviews at this restaurant? It's the bare minimum when you work in the restaurant business. I'm both disgusted and angry. Not only was I unable to eat, but now I'm forced to order elsewhere, even though I had avoided certain restaurants in order to trust this one. Frankly, a disastrous experience, with no attention paid to even the most vital instructions. And after that, they dare to recommend dishes in the app? Not serious at all. Food: 1 Service: 1

Yes, we do read the reviews. We apologise for your bad experience. Can you please let us know the timing of your order and whether it was an online order or if you were at the restaurant? Also, We do not add spices to the Pasta usually, unless if it's of a specific variety like Aglio Olio or Fiery Red Sauce based one. Please provide the name of the dish ordered as well and we will definitely help you out with your issue. Once again, our apologies for this bad experience, sometimes mistakes can happen during rush times, but at the same time, we want to make sure that this was not a human mistake by knowing the complete details here.

I can give 5-star ratings in all categories, but I have only one complaint or regret — they never provide any complimentary items with drinks, like salted peanuts, papad, or a simple salad. These are basic things and don’t cost much — even a ₹5 peanut packet would do. You really should consider offering something like this. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I recently visited Belmonte - Bar & Restaurant and had an amazing experience! The ambience sets the perfect party vibe with its dim and soothing lighting. I tried the Go Mango Cooler and Velvet Brownie Crush Shake, both of which were delicious, but personally, the shake stole the show for me. The Golden Mac n Cheese Balls were delightfully cheesy, and the accompanying salsa was just amazing. The Malai Paneer Tikka was creamy and mouthwatering, while the Paneer Lababdar in the main course was simply divine, especially with the laccha parantha. The Chicken Keema Kulcha was a delightful surprise as well. And for dessert, the Hot Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. Additionally, they offer great party packages and deals that are worth checking out. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Belmonte for a fantastic dining experience!
