I had a lovely time here, and enjoyed my meal, environment. And mostly how tasty the food was. I loved the taste and overall ordering process. So delicious chokolava cake. After this all pastries wow what a taste I loved it all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"The Belgium Café in Hamirpur is an absolute disaster. The food is overpriced and utterly tasteless. The dishes lack freshness, and the presentation is subpar for the exorbitant rates they charge. The staff seems disinterested and untrained, with slow service that tests your patience. The ambiance does nothing to make up for the poor experience, and cleanliness is questionable at best. Anyone who wants to work online (not for the whole day or whole hour just for 15 min) from this cafe can't work because their too polite staff don't know the damn Wi-Fi password. Since Belgian cafe is a franchise atleast their workers should know the pass. Very clever staff. Atleast we were not sitting for free. We were having lunch. Such a bad experience.
