I'm not giving any bad reviews here.. we ordered for bellam tea, green tea we waited for the around 10 min. Bellam tea 5/5. Green tea 4/5. Everything good but we sat there 25 to 30 min in 30mins take it out order Time 10min.we spended just 15min.. one brother from the counter he just came near us ask to the waiter this tablet is done.. i suddenly shocked The Way he looks at us.. He indirectly saying please go... everyone comes here for tea.they have to spend some time for peace, whatever.. I have 10 yrs experience in hotel industry.. we believe that one customer equal on crore.. We have to respect the customer.. We never bother abt customer apperance.. we just serve them bcz they are paying to us.. reciving is very imp to any outlets... Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
