I recently visited BARBE- Q and unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the extremely poor service we received. The most notable issue was the rude behavior of the lady at the reception, whose lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression on our dining experience.
The most disheartening incident occurred when she openly disrespected our guests who were dining with us. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. Guests should feel valued and respected during their visit, but unfortunately, the opposite was true in this case.
Given the unpleasant encounter and the apparent lack of efforts to rectify the situation, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this restaurant to others. It's crucial for the management to recognize the impact of their staff's behavior on the overall dining experience and take prompt corrective action to avoid further damage to their reputation.
