There couldn't be a better way to end the Chitrorgarh fort visit than a perfect platter of home cooked Rajasthani food. Food - Their Special Rajasthani Thali is served with a mouth watering selection of traditional curries- ker sangri, kadhi pakoda, gatte ki sabji and the taste is surely authentic. This thali is quite overwhelming given its price and quantity. Next, we tried their Dal Baati Churma thali, and they were kind enough to show how exactly one should try this dish to enjoy it to the fullest. We visited during peak tourist season due to which the restaurant was pretty crowded. This was causing some delay in getting the food served. Ambience - They have both indoor and outdoor sitting options. Every part of the restaurant is decorated to reflect the rich cultural significance of Rajasthan. Service - A special shout out to the their attention to detail. The owner and staff paid equal attention to every customer despite being an extremely busy day. Food was very delicious and very hygienic. The ambience was warm and inviting. What truly set this place apart was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Truly authentic traditional delicious Rajasthani food. It was life time memorable meal we had. If I'll visit chhitorarh again I'll definitely enjoy barbaric. Staff was very humble and friendly.
