If you're visiting this place expecting a warm welcome and prompt service, you'll likely be disappointed. The wait for a staff member to attend to you feels endless, and even after placing an order, the delay in getting your food is frustrating. Service is noticeably poor, and the food—while decent—is slightly overpriced for what it offers. Overall, it's a much-hyped spot that doesn't quite live up to expectations. Nice place. Don't expect too much. Food was basic and tasty and reasonably priced. We took a bengali veg thali on our way from Siliguri to Malda. The good thing is that cars keep stopping here so its running and food is fresh as on May 2025. Its an AC restaurant. There's ample parking space and toilet facilities. Location is on Islampur bypass just before the turn to Islampur town. If you are speeding away, then you might miss it. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
