Balaji Snacks isn't just a place to eat, it's an emotional connection for us. We've been enjoying their delicious food for over 12 years, even when we were studying engineering. During exams, Balaji was our saving grace as we'd have double breakfast and then dinner directly from there. After completing our degrees, some of us moved away but would still come back to our old location on weekends to catch up with friends and enjoy the food at Balaji. The owners, Uncle and Aunty, were amazing and caring. They were a lovely couple who always trusted us students, never really caring about the money. Even though we heard that the original location is now closed, we found out that they've moved their setup due to the COVID pandemic and increased rent demands. We spoke to Aunty and were happy to hear that they're doing well at their new place. While we won't be able to enjoy their food as easily anymore, we're grateful for the memories we've made over the years. Thank you, Balaji Snacks, for being a part of our college days, and we'll cherish these memories forever. FYI- the old place (where Original Balaji used to be) is now turned to a dirty place where no hygiene is maintained and no such replacement for Balaji has dared to come. Smokers also use this spot now a days.
