We bought a cake for my daughter's birthday yesterday when we opened the box we found mold was growing on the cake .when we informed same to the store person they denied and they said we can't replace it you have opened the box. There is no one responsible person whom you can talk to or complain about they literally ask me to leave the store. Very poor experience don’t book any cake with him so called customised cakes. He had pasted paper stickers which was worst .His attitude is very poor saying do whatever you want . Will never recommend anyone to this shop . I have spoiled my dads retirement due to his worst cake. Please visit popular cake shop instead of trusting this one.
