The Tandoori Pomfret were another highlight, offering just the right amount of spice and flavours. For the main course, I opted for the salli boti a signature dish that exceeded all expectations. The meat was tender, succulent, and beautifully seasoned, with a blend of spices that created a symphony of flavors in every bite. The side dishes were equally impressive, with a fresh and vibrant salad, perfectly seasoned fries, and a creamy dipping sauce that complemented the meal perfectly.
