Visited today in Dibrugarh. The food was tolerable. Waiters however must need to learn basic manners. Forcing items more than what customer want is bad professionalism. Also loitering the whole time around the tables and not providing personal space was truly annoying Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Azad Restaurant, Dibrugarh – A Hidden Gem for Biryani Lovers! I recently visited Dibrugarh for some official work, and being new to the place, I was on a mission to find good food. I tried several restaurants (courtesy of Google searches), but none quite lived up to my expectations—until my last day, when I unexpectedly stumbled upon Azad Restaurant. With zero expectations, I walked in and ordered a chicken biryani—and let me just say, it blew my mind! Hands down, one of the best biryanis I've ever had in my life—flavorful, aromatic, and absolutely satisfying. I also tried their Shahi Tukra (forgive me if i named it wrongly), a rich dessert that was the perfect finish to the meal, along with some ice cream. I only wish I hadn’t gone there with a full stomach—I missed out on trying more from their menu! This place is a must-visit if you're in Dibrugarh and craving some soul-satisfying biryani. I’ll definitely be returning with an empty stomach next time! Also i loved the service and the ambience. I am visiting again for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
