Hi Anoop, Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that we currently do not offer online or app-based delivery, and all our parcel orders are packed directly by us at the restaurant. Regarding the paper plates - we actually do not stock or sell paper plates. If you were charged for them, it may have been a misunderstanding, as our parcels are packed using standard food-grade packaging, not disposable plates. We always strive to be fair and transparent with our pricing. If you believe there was an error in billing, please feel free to visit or call us directly - we'll be happy to check and clarify.
