We had disappointing experience due to staff member Anuj. The roti served was undercooked, and when we informed him, he said the tandoor had cooled down and that rotis come like this only, asking us to adjust because it was crowded. This was not an acceptable response. When we placed the order again, Anuj said the roti would be the same and even told us “then don’t eat” when we objected. However, when Shivam got to know about the issue, he changed the roti immediately without unnecessary questions. The difference in attitude and service between Anuj and Shivam was very clear.
