I have been a regular customer of Ayodhya Grand Hotel from it the time it was opened in 2010. It was once known for tasty food, good service, and a clean dining space. But sadly, in the last one year, the quality has gone down drastically. The food no longer tastes good or well-prepared like it used to. Concept of cleanliness has taken a backseat or totally ignored, especially in the restroom area. The foul smell from the restroom reaches the dining section, making it feel more like a public toilet than a place to enjoy a meal. Even worse is the attitude of the staff and management. If you try to giving a feedback or share your concern about food or service, the managment get into arguement with you instead of listening to what you have to say and working toward improving it. The boy (Jagadeesh) serving inside the service hall of ground floor behaves as though he is doing you a favor, with so much attitude that he won't even ask you what you need and never the way he takes order, he will make you feel that you as to why did you even opt service area and giving him work and disturbing his free time & starts grumbling. Even though you report these issues mangement is not bothered because they feel, you have no choice, if you are in Nagarbhavi 2nd stage this is the only resturant you have and you need to live with it. Food ordered via online app's are also unreliable—items are often missing, and when you call to report it to resturant, they casually ask you to come and collect it, instead of fixing the issue properly. Later with no choice you have place an order with other resturant for missing food items. At the max you may get the refund from Swiggy and Zomato but for Ayodhya grand management it makes no difference. Earlier, Mr. Pradeep used to manage things really well. He ensured high standards and customer satisfaction. But now, ever since he shifted his focus and not actively handling the restaurant operations and handed over to other partner, the focus has clearly shifted to just making profits, while ignoring quality and customer experience. With so many new restaurants opening around Nagarbhavi BDA Complex that offer tasty food, clean ambience, and respectful service, it's easy to see why many people have started going elsewhere. Unless Ayodhya Grand seriously improves their food, hygiene, and staff behavior, I would not recommend it to anyone. The management really needs to wake up and act fast if they want to earn back the trust of long-time customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian options: UNHYGIENIC and just MONEY MINDED won't recommend this resturant Dietary restrictions: BAD QUALITY OF FOOD Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable Parking: UNHYGIENIC and just MONEY MINDED won't recommend this resturant Kid-friendliness: No Wheelchair accessibility: No
