Pathetic service. Food takes forever. And most of the time, the accompaniment dishes are missing. I wonder why they even use the name of HILTON if they cannot maintain the standards. The Chef and the serving team are not aligned on the orders and kept blaming each other. As a guest, we should not be concerned by your internal communication gaps. It was our 2nd visit to Ayna. We went in group of 18 and we picked set menu already which was not a good option. The food and service was average. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in
