After visiting the fort we decided to stop by for lunch and we were looking to have goan cuisine. This place showed up on maps hence stopped by to dine here. The Ambience inside the ac room was good. We order fish Thali, squid rava fry, chicken cafreal, prawn biriyani and curd rice. Everything was really good. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Avinay Bar & Restaurant is an absolute gem for seafood lovers. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was simply outstanding: • Tisare Masala – A delightful burst of flavors, perfectly spiced. • Calamari and Squids Masala – Cooked to perfection, tender, and incredibly flavorful. • Bombil Fry – Crispy, golden, and melt-in-your-mouth good. This is the only place where I truly loved Bombil Fry. • Chicken Cafreal – Aromatic, juicy, and packed with authentic Goan spices. • Bangada Fry – Fresh, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. • Butter Garlic Prawns – A heavenly dish, rich in buttery garlic goodness. • Surmai Fry, Chonak Fry, and Pomfret Fry – All were fresh, perfectly fried, and packed with authentic Goan flavors. The food was not only mouthwateringly delicious but also very affordable. Each dish was cooked to perfection, making the entire experience unforgettable. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic Goan cuisine!
