The restaurant should seriously consider terminating the chef’s employment due to his unprofessional conduct and lack of culinary expertise. He exhibits a disregard for feedback and has proven incapable of delivering high-quality cuisine. His incompetence is a direct contributor to the restaurant’s decline. Terrible experience. They didn’t have anything available on their menu, so I had to order a mushroom omelette. It was bland and the chef hardly added mushrooms to it. Naturally I gave feedback and they took away my omelette and refused to make me another one. I had to leave without eating. The chef is useless and not at all receptive to feedback.
