The Avanti Restaurant. The hotel's customer service was exceptional! The staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the amenities were top-notch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! The service exceeded our expectations. Myself Dr Ruchir Jain from Ujjain. Today was my dauther birthday. We are regular customers of yours but this time we had very pathetic and sadful experience. Madam who had taken our order doesn't turn up after that. Nobody was interested in taking follow up orders. Every time we have to call your counter person for order. Order was served in segments though it was very small. Our bread has not even served , we have recalled 4-5 times. Your all persons were interested in large groups. Next if i have to come I will bring large group or will won't come. Very bad experience. I can't give less than 1 as it not the option. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
