This particular Phuchka Vendor is one of my personal favorites! In this locality of Bijoygarh, there are a number of Phuchka sellers, but he maintains the maximum crowd, sometimes till 11PM! He is a Bihari Guy, but what he serves is ultimate authentic Kolkata Style Phuchka.. That gondhoraj lemon in the water, perfect Crisp Phuchka.. and the perfect recipe for the Aloo masala.. I miss visiting him in the pandemic.. but we all should support these local vendors.. hopefully this review helps...
