“I visited this restaurant today just to use the washroom, but the staff directly refused, saying it’s only for guests who have a table. I found this attitude quite disappointing. As per basic civic guidelines and human rights principles in India, restaurants and hotels are encouraged to allow people to use restrooms in genuine need — denying such access can be considered against public convenience norms. Ambiance might be good, but this kind of behavior doesn’t leave a positive impression. Management should show some basic humanity in such situations — because sometimes it’s not about dining, it’s about decency.” Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Sir. Sorry for the inconvenience will look into the matter and hope will not happen again Actually a lot of students use the washroom even girls treat it as makeup room that’s why we doing the same. All the people are not decent like you. Regards
