It's worth visiting this restaurant for perfectly cooked steaks, chicken and filet américain. A lot of reviewers think that the staff is professional at this place. The overall rating is 5 stars on Facebook.

Aurah was one name I always looked upto due to their previous stint and good name in catering business. There was all hype about this new place only to my horror when I first visited on the eve of my birthday. The manager was the most unwelcoming to the guest who totally took away the vibe of the place. It was as if it’s their privilege to have us. Other staff was polite but they were too busy to attend a table and hence despite repeated reminders, we got the menu card & other mixers. We only ordered starters & post that we were so disappointed that we cancelled our dinner order at 11 PM at night to go eat in peace and where guests are treated well & courteously. I do come from service industry but this is what is totally uncalled for. I am definitely not endorsing this or coming back again!

You should change your manager ( The fat one)For your kind info he dosen’t know how to talk to the customers. You guys have a nice ambience but the manager is not worth the place..
