I’ve always enjoyed dining in at this bakery, as the pastries served fresh on the spot are delicious. However, I’ve noticed a disappointing pattern—whenever I get them packed, they often turn out to be stale. Today was especially frustrating as I specifically requested fresh pastries since they were for my anniversary. The staff assured me they were fresh, but upon reaching home, I realized they were old and far from the quality I expected. This inconsistency is really disappointing. A bakery should maintain the same standard whether serving on the spot or packing for takeaway. I hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure all customers receive fresh products, regardless of whether they eat in or take away. Unnecessarily delayed service. Had to wait for more than an hour to get few snacks on our table. Overall a poor experience in terms of taste and service.
