The Organic Cafe and Bakehouse in Mysore is a great spot for organic, vegetarian food lovers. The ambiance is peaceful, perfect for a relaxed meal. Their menu offers a good variety, from North and South Indian Thalis to sandwiches, salads, and refreshing beverages. The baked goods, especially the vegan chocolate cake and peanut butter cookies, are a must-try! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I noticed while filling this review that the google reviews for Aunt Lily’s cafe is full of bad reviews about the manager from the time it has opened. Clearly, the cafe has failed to do anything about it despite numerous complaints. So here goes my review, although I know it will fall on deaf ears. But will protect people from visiting and consuming this bad energy filled place.

While the cafe looks great and I had a great interaction with Rajat (the owner) a few days back, in his absence, the service and the manager both are miserable.

I ordered a mushroom spinach omelette with wheat bread toast. I was served a sandwich with mushroom and spinach. A young lady took my order and I went up to her to clarify what happened to which she felt apologetic and said would get back to me shortly. The manager then comes up to me and talks extremely rudely saying “I don’t know what conversation happened between my colleague and you but she claims that you ordered wrong”. I went up to the register and the tone of the lady had also changed by now saying I never said omelette. While not even considering that she was mistaken, she actually now called me a liar. Clearly she looked intimidated with this impolite & rude manager who is always sulking (have seen him 3 times when I have visited this place) like he is forced to work there and he is doing some favour being present. I paid without eating and left wishing them well. The energy is super bad at a Yoga place like Mysore and this cafe will not go anywhere with such customer service. Santosha, Anokhi Garden, Zen Kitchen etc are much better cafes with their food and energy. The owners and servers at all other cafes are welcoming.

I also believe eating in cafes like Aunt Lily’s with such staff and bad energy is consuming that bad energy which is not good for any human being, not yogis at the least.
