Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Price or Trust I had a truly disappointing experience with this bakery, and I would NOT recommend them for any special occasion—especially not birthdays or celebrations where the cake is the centerpiece. I gave them very clear instructions: the icing was to be light chocolate, the frosting dark, and I even provided specific guidance on how to write “Happy Birthday” on the cake. They promised to share progress pictures, but never did. I followed up multiple times, messaged them again and again, but got no response. When the cake finally arrived, it was completely wrong—not a single instruction was followed. It looked like a random cake thrown together last minute with zero care or attention. They completely messed up my celebration and ruined what was supposed to be a special moment. For a bakery that charges premium prices, this kind of careless, unprofessional service is unacceptable. If you’re planning something important, I’d strongly advise you to go somewhere else. This place is just not reliable. Was Travelling and staying in Bengaluru for a night , sugar cravings made me search this bakery and I personally likes chocolate hazelnut feast more than mango one . Everyone have different taste buds , but its worth a try .
