Think a thousand times before going into Atul Bakery franchise. This bakery has a very hostile policy towards its customers. I bought a âù25 puff, but Chirag Bhai Patel, the owner, stood in the shop and refused to let me eat it, saying it was against his policy. They took my money, insulted me and didn't even bill me. In the end, they also took back the puff. Buy anything from Atul Bakery only if you want to spoil your day or event. I want to tell Ashok Bhai Vekriya, please think carefully before giving out franchises. The paneer puff lacked flavor and stuffing and had an unpleasant texture, while the spring roll was greasy and cold. Moreover, the hygiene standards seemed questionable, as consuming these items left me concerned about the risk of food poisoning or diarrhea.
