We had order one large beer, to be divided into 3 glasses the glass was. I was given an empty glass, do you expect me to pour beer from on glass to another on my table??This kind of service is not at all expected from Taj.

I visited Taj on February 14th and booked a sea-facing suite room for one day. The experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was no one there to pick up our luggage on arrival, but the food was also far below expectations. We ordered a pizza that was completely burnt—probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. On top of that, we were given an incorrect bill calculation twice in the morning. The restaurant was so busy that I couldn’t even get a table for breakfast, and we ended up waiting for a long time. It felt like we were staying in a normal hotel rather than experiencing the five-star service we expected from Taj. We visited with the hope of enjoying top-notch service and food, but that was not what we received.
