Very disappointing experience while trying to book this venue for our kitty party. Their minimum requirement was 15 members and we had 13. We politely requested them several times to please consider our booking, as we were short by just one member, but they strictly refused. It is not a good practice. When customers approach your venue with genuine interest and make repeated requests for booking, there should be at least some consideration or flexibility from the management.
