I recently visited Atithi Hotel on Ambivali Station Road, Mohone, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. Starting with the positives, the non-vegetarian dishes at Atithi Hotel are absolutely delicious. The flavors are rich, the spices are perfectly balanced, and the meat is cooked to perfection. Whether it's the chicken curry, mutton biryani, or any of their seafood specialties, you can expect a delightful culinary experience if you are a non-veg lover. However, my experience with the vegetarian dishes was quite the opposite. The veg dishes lacked the same level of flavor and finesse that the non-veg options had. The vegetables were often overcooked, and the spices seemed to be less thoughtfully applied. As someone who enjoys both veg and non-veg food, this was a bit disappointing. I hope the management considers improving their vegetarian offerings to match the quality of their non-veg menu. On a positive note, the hospitality at Atithi Hotel is commendable. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. They made sure we were comfortable and attended to our needs promptly. This level of customer service greatly enhanced our dining experience and made us feel welcome. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. While the dining area was generally clean, there were a few spots that needed more attention. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and I believe that with a bit more effort in this area, Atithi Hotel can provide an even better experience for its customers. Overall, Atithi Hotel is a great choice if you're looking for delicious non-vegetarian food and good hospitality. With some improvements in their vegetarian menu and cleanliness, it could become an excellent dining destination for everyone.
