I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Atithi Restaurant. The food served was not only overpriced but also undercooked and unhygienic, raising serious health concerns. The lack of cleanliness and poor preparation standards are unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer hospitality. Worse still, the restaurant blatantly violates consumer rights by selling packaged items above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and refusing to issue proper bills or invoices. This lack of transparency is both unethical and illegal. Additionally, Atithi Restaurant appears to be colluding with certain regional transport service providers to charge inflated prices to unsuspecting customers. This coordinated overcharging amounts to nothing short of exploitation. I urge the Food Safety Officer, Local Income Tax Department of Jharkhand (Ranchi), and the Anti-Corruption Bureau to take immediate notice of these practices. Consumers deserve honesty, hygiene, and accountability—none of which are being upheld here. Avoid Atithi Restaurant if you value your health, money, and dignity.
