If you want to remember Varadaraja Perumal Temple, come to this restaurant first. Come here for tasty fried fish, biryani and grilled chicken if you are hungry. It is remarkable that the service is noted as terrific. The ambiance of this place is lovely.

Vegetarian bbq is not very good and non veg one is just average. Seems very overpriced for the food they serve
On the Menu
I started with the Chef’s signature Middle Eastern lamb kofta made with minced lamb flavoured with middle eastern spices like tahina, chilli flakes, roasted garlic pods, star aniseed and smoked with fenugreek leaves. Served with a barbeque dip, the meat was tender and melt-in-the-mouth. The smoky red chilly chicken breast served with a red chilly dip served as a spicy accompaniment to the soft naans and rich dal makhaani. To wash it all down, I tried the apple of my eye, a mocktail which blends apple and litchi juice served with crushed ice and a hint of lemon. They also offer a wide range of cocktails & Mocktails- Chilli Vodka, Fire & Ice, Feels like holiday to name a few. The offer also includes Fruit Juices & Signature cocktails & Mocktails.
Special Effect
Other specialties here include Mediterranean barbeque featuring the fresh catch of the day, the prawn charmoule which forms a part of the Chef’s Signature Barbeques ,while Biriyani lovers can opt for the Murgh Chilmun Biriyani, which is from the land of the Nawabs, Lucknow. Vegetarians need not be disappointed, with dishes like the BBQ dum aloo and Chilly Garlic Tahina Mushrooms.or continental offerings you get a selection of pastas likeFettuccini, Ravioli Farfelle , while the Smoked pizzas comes in the Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian variations. Indonesian cuisine are also available and offers tongue tickling grills like the Satay. The Chef has modified it & has included Satay in the Signature Specials.
Sweet Ending
To end it the entire dessert offer includes normal desserts like Chocolate Mousse, Apple Pie & also novel grilled desserts like the Jamaican Calypso Coconut Fruit BBQ smoked with Cinnamon.Open to the skies, the restaurant offers a splendid view of the city. What I liked here is the open kitchen and the live grills. Perfectly lit and has a soothing ambiance and the perfect cross ventilation The Terrace Grills gets a thumbs up! The food was pricey, but worth it for people who don’t mind spending a few bucks for some special grilled and BBQ dishes.
