Observed dead cockroach in Jira rice they served for lunch on 22/10/2017. And the hotel manager reaction is like "it can happen!". This is how they are aware about their services. They doesn't even have feedback form available at reception. It states they doesn't even want improve their services. Bad service. Bad attitude.

Very very worst hotel they don't deserve 1* 2* 3* 4* or 5* this hotel serves tea in plastic covers and food is one of the bad experience with us ..... I don't know how this hotel became very dirty ...but I suggest to hotel MD to change general manager immediately he don't even know hotel management...... Very bad experience with us.......
