ROOMS ARE OKAY ..BUT SERVICE IS NOT GOOD ..ESPECIALLY HOTEL FOOD ..I TOOK COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST FROM HOTEL ..BUT THESE GUYS DIDNT GIVE A SINGLE TEA TO MY 5 YEAR OLD KID ..POOR HOSPITALITY

My recent stay was deeply disappointing. The bedsheets were noticeably stinky, and the towels provided were dirty, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we had to switch rooms mid-stay due to a lack of hot water, which was highly inconvenient. The overall experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in cleanliness and maintenance.

First of all thanks. Last month, that means April. I visited your hotel (Athirappilly residency) twice. liked a lot. Especially the staffs. Their character and behavior was better at all. Room ambience, facilities and also liked everything. Thank you a lot.
