First of all thanks. Last month, that means April. I visited your hotel (Athirappilly residency) twice. liked a lot. Especially the staffs. Their character and behavior was better at all. Room ambience, facilities and also liked everything. Thank you a lot. The staff were really accommodating. We were a group of 17-20 and we stayed there for 3-4 days. They sure have room for improvement. But for the price and location, I think it was decent. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends and family. We used the restaurant downstairs and it was not disappointing. The staff throughout our staff were really friendly and helped us with all the requests. Service: 5
