Disappointing Experience: Utterly Poor Service i dined here with my colleague and that the staff had their priorities set, and unfortunately, i am not one of them. Felt so insulted infront of my colleague. The service was abysmal, to say the least. It took an excruciatingly long time for anyone to even acknowledge my presence, let alone seat me. The staff seemed more interested in catering to a select group of customers, leaving the rest of us feeling neglected and unimportant. It was disheartening to witness such thing. Additionally, when I attempted to address my concerns with the staff , I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was apparent that they were more interested in keeping up appearances for their preferred customers than in providing a satisfactory experience for all patrons. I left feeling frustrated and utterly disheartened. It's a shame to see such a blatant disregard for customer service in an industry that relies heavily on it. In my opinion it is better to take parcel (even then u have to wait for little time) instead of dining there. In short, my experience at Mysuru foods was nothing short of a disappointment. The utter poor service and clear preference shown to a select group of customers left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning. After all this posting i will get a reply from the restaurant team that "we take customer feedback seriously and are committed to making improvements. Your willingness to acknowledge the issues and work towards a better experience is truly commendable." Finally u have to remember " Service Shines Brighter Than Culinary Delights" Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
