Recently had organised my parents 25th wedding anniversary at At live Noida. Posting same comment that your “logs” show no serving error is not serving any purpose. Items were missing, service was poor, and yet the audicity to dismiss it just poor display of service and professionalism by the team. When conducting a party of 100 guests, we expected much better. Don’t shy away from your responsibilities as required from a restaurant. Definitely not recommending it to anyone, 0 accountability and 0 regards to customer care and satisfaction.
