"I purchased three Kara Kozhukattai, but they had a spoiled smell when my wife and I tasted them. I informed the staff, but they showed no concern, didn’t apologize, and didn’t offer a replacement. Very poor customer service and disappointing food quality. I hope they improve both hygiene and customer care." Food: 1
