I recently learned cake baking from Nilima Gogoi Mam, and it was an amazing experience! Her teaching style is simple, patient, and very easy to follow—even for beginners like me. She explained each step with care, from measuring ingredients correctly to baking the perfect sponge. I especially loved how she shared tips and tricks that only come with experience.
