My recent stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The room was not maintained properly, the service was far below basic standards, and no proper parking facility was provided. To make matters worse, at midnight around 1:00 AM, your watchman disturbed me in my room and demanded that I move my car. This is completely unprofessional, unsafe, and shows a total lack of responsibility towards guests. Such treatment is intolerable, and I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address these serious issues. If this is the level of service provided, I will never consider staying here again and will make sure to warn others about this terrible experience. Service: 1

The hotel is still under construction. The rooms need maintenance. Wash rooms are not very neat. Commodes and taps need replacement. Room service is also very slow. Service: 3

It's A Amazing B'day happens in Maple tree Hotels in vadapani. Good aproach & nice services from Staffs & Hotel Head. We loved The Buffet ( Food - Veg & Non Veg ).. worth For Money ....... Thanks to Maple tree Hotels. Service: 5
