I’ve been to this restaurant many times before and usually had a decent experience. But during my recent visit, I was extremely disappointed. I waited a long time for someone to take my order, and when I finally went up to the staff to ask, I was told to wait another 10–15 minutes — just to place the order. The way they responded was rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse. Very poor customer service this time. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the service and staff attitude.
