The place looks great, the food is decent, and the coffee is genuinely very good. But the service was a mess. We were told to wait for a table, which we did patiently. A staff member said she'd call us when one was free and she did. But just as we were about to sit, another guy shows up saying others were waiting before us, which was false. Total lack of communication between staff. Then a senior staff member came, spoke to his team right in front of us, and completely ignored us no explanation, no apology. We got moved to another table, and the one we were supposed to sit at stayed empty after the “waiting” customer walked off. On top of that, no one came to take our order for nearly 30 minutes we had to call them ourselves. Great coffee, yes. But the staff acted like they didn’t want us there. For a place like St. Regis, that’s just unacceptable. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
