Bad Dine In Experience. Hospitality poor. Staff needs training. Food was average. Additionally charged over MRP for the mineral water which was not opened, when informed the staff refused to change the bill. Service: 1

My friend just had a terrible experience at Davat by Asian Inn. He had booked a table via Swiggy Dineout and paid ₹30 in advance to avail a 30% discount on the total bill. But when it was time to pay, the restaurant flatly denied the booking and refused to accept payment through Swiggy Dineout. Despite showing proof, they said their system doesn't show any such reservation. To make matters worse, the manager, Prashant, was extremely rude. A tall, middle-aged waiter kept poking and passing unnecessary comments like “Kaha kaha se aa jate hai ye log,” making the entire experience humiliating. On top of that, they even overcharged—charging ₹50 for butter naan when the menu clearly said ₹45. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Please be cautious before dining here.
