Hilton is very disappointing in the first place with food. The buffet was less than average, even the basic taste of the dishes were missing. The fish tikka only tasted better in the starter, and the chicken was hard and spongy. Coming to the main course, the murgh chicken and roti was a saviour. The chicken biryani was an absolute disappointment (it felt more like boiled rice and chicken pieces put into it). Rather the steamed rice, dal and papad was a bliss to complete the meal. Coming to the most important section of buffet, the deserts were a complete disaster. I’m not sure how Hilton is managing to serve such undervalued food in the price range offered by a 5-star entity. Usual cafes and dinings do so so much better, but Asia Alive is disastrous.

We planned an office party with Double tree hilton on 17/9/2025 booking buffet. On the day just 15 mins before the guests arrived they gave us a call and said we are not serving buffet today. It was coverted into ala carte menu that too with limited options and pathatic taste. Left with this awkward situation in front of guests. Not recommended
