We ordered Mutton Biryani and specifically requested that it be served very hot. However, when it arrived, the dish was barely warm, and after just a few bites, it turned into a bitter and tasteless dining experience. The meat lacked flavor and masala, leaving the dish bland and disappointing.
When we raised this concern with the counter staff, we were met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. He claimed to have checked with the cook and insisted the dish was served hot — a statement that was clearly inaccurate and dismissive of our genuine feedback.
We chose Ashoka with the expectation of quality food and service, but unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that standard. We hope you take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve both food quality and customer service attitude.
