This is a review about aashirwad dining hall in Kothrud. Famous for its amazing Maharashtrian culture and cuisine.It serves to have the worst management and rude customers. Today we went there and the experience was terrible. There was a huge rush due to festive season and there was a waiting crowd and we were assigned a table and once we were seated a lady diagonally seated to us shouts at us to get up and leave as more 5 people were coming and were going to sit where we were sitting. I responded to her with all due respect ma’am please communicate with the staff and resolve the query. But she just went on screaming at us to get up and finally when I called the manager he told us that we were seated at the wrong table and if we could change tables though we had already double checked with another waiter that if we were supposed to be seated here and he had nodded twice and said you are supposed to sit here. I told them that why is she screaming at us if she could have just said it nicely and why was this miscommunication happening. They shrugged and just said to move tables and when the manager asked the lady she lied saying we were talking amongst us. We walked out of there and they did not even apologise or try to stop us. The most probable reason was because it was a group of 9 more business and the worst part is that the people who were supposedly to sit there weren’t even present and the lady did not t even have the etiquette to talk and the staff did not show any sense of responsibility.
