Hotel is very good at construction, ambience & also location wise. Food quality is just average as comparison to other hotel situated near by. But the same time the dealing of the officials, receptionist(male) is very poor. Don't take any commitments through phone from Hotel official. Because you will get just apposite response after getting in. There is a huge communication gap between internal staff. The different shift incharge of hotel will give you different information. Lack of co-ordination with each other. Advice - Hotel management should work in it for the better buisness in future. As there is a huge competition around. Service: 1

Here no service is done in time and all service is delayed minimum 3 hours. Here room are not cleaned no facility is in good condition and room is like not cleaned for years. If you ask something they will say ok will we are check and inform you,but they never do. If you are thinking to stay here change your plan. Service: 1

Let me tell you the positive and negative things about this property to keep my review balanced! Positive things-- 1. The location is really good. It is located in between hills and away from the hustle bustle of town, 2. The property is awesome! The rooms, open areas, balconies, swimming pool, children play area, everything is fantastic and looks high class! 3. Restaurant and room service is good. People are prompt and takes care of your needs spontaneously. 4. Price tariff of rooms are also okay. They are not very high! Negative points--- 1. There is no transport available to and from the hotel. It is secluded. You need to rely on reserved auto or taxi only for commuting to hotel. 2. The condition of road is very bad that leads to the hotel 3. There are no shops/market anything near the hotel. 4. The food is very costly and doesn't taste good. The quality of food needs to be improved a lot! Advice to management-- Please arrange for pick up and drop facility to and from hotel to station or bus stand. Please improve the food quality. The breakfast items also needs to be increased. Service: 5
