I ordered Masala Roast and Chilli Parotta. Then when I looked at the bill, the extra charge was ₹20. When I wanted to know why Rs 20 extra was charged, the waiter said there is a sambar charge. I protested that the charge for one cup is Rs 20, so show the rate list. And instead of adding extra in the bill, give a bill with extra sambar. The waiter refused to the bill and 5 waiters together misbehaved with me in front of everyone. One waiter started abusing and started taking off his pants in front of everyone. The behavior was very rude. I am a Central Government employee and visit this hotel regularly. Please take action so that such incident is not repeated. reply me
