The sundae was melted and not properly packed with dry ice. Also the ice cream was very heavy and caused heaviness.

They over charged me price of chilli guava mentioned on the pack was 99 inclusive of taxes but at outlet they charged me 99 + taxes even when it was mentioned in the menu prices for items which already has Mrp won’t have taxes when confronted with staff they started giving foolish reasons. Also way too expensive and very bad taste
