Excellent place to visit! The pastries and breads are excellent. They taste too good and are a treat for the eyes as well. We tried hummingbird and lemon blueberry pastries. Both of them were excellent. The croissants were soft and bursting with flavors. The staff is very friendly. Terribly stale bakery items from the Panjim store, ordered through Swiggy. Totally stale and dry cheese croissant, with no cheese in it, and a white bun coated with cheap chocolate sauce, passing off as a donut. Atrocious quality. What a disappointment.

I have been following Artisan Backerai and was happy to find it. However, I was left very disappointed by the multi seed bread that I bought yesterday which was stale and crumbly. The staff at the counter need to know the shelf life and not recommend stuff just for a sale. At an earlier time, I had bought their wheat loaf which was good. I was also left underwhelmed by their chocolate croissant too - hardly any chocolate and really dry. Come on, guys while your place is lovely, you've got to ensure quality.
