I ordered a pizza on Zomato and they sent a flat bread instead. The restaurant just refuses to accept their mistake and did not provide a refund or a replacement for the item. They have the worst customer experience. The owner did bother to address the issue and the staff clearly denied there was an issue.

Arthur's Theme (Kharadi) had long been on my radar for continental cravings. Lucking, found out that they also have a restaurant in Koregaon Park. Went there with expectations of Mocambo (those from Calcutta would be able to relate) and I was not disappointed at all. The venue was well lit and linens were clean. The place gave a fine-dine feel and the food elevated the vibe. The steak was one of the best I've had in India (buff) and the Chicken was crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside, something not all places can offer when they serve a breast. They were generous enough and gave us extra herbed rice, mash and cubes of butter without demanding anything extra. Would definitely recommend trying out if you are craving continental in Pune.
