After enjoying Church of Christ the King, visit this restaurant that is not far away. Arsalan is recommended for the Indian cuisine offered. Cooks at this place do their best to provide visitors with tasty pudding and good kulfi. According to the guests' opinions, waiters serve delicious champagne or good wine. Take your chance to taste great lemonade. Guests don't like chicken biryani at this spot.

This restaurant offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. The well-trained waitstaff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Many people suppose that the service is decent. Democratic prices at Arsalan are good news for its clients. You will definitely appreciate the peaceful ambiance and terrific decor. But facebook users shared their opinions on this place and rated it below average.

We visited the new Arsalan outlet in Beck Bagan today, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We were a group of 11, and the issues began right from the start. We had ordered 2 plates of kebabs, but instead of serving everyone together, the staff served 5 of us first and the remaining 6 more than 30 minutes later — even though we were all seated at the same table. To make matters worse, the main course started arriving before everyone even received their starters, and that too in random batches — first 5 people, then 2, then another 2, and finally the last 2 when most of us had already finished eating. Eventually, we had to ask everyone to start eating before the food got cold. We also ordered salad along with the biryani, but it never arrived — most of us had already finished eating by the time we had to cancel it. When we requested the plates to be cleared, the captain responded rudely, saying, “Ek haath me khali plate do, dusre haath se lo.” Such tone and behaviour were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. For a reputed brand like Arsalan, this level of service and staff behaviour is truly disappointing. The captain’s attitude was disrespectful and unwelcoming. After this experience, I genuinely have no intention of visiting this outlet again.

We visited the new Arsalan outlet in Beck Bagan today, and honestly, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We were a group of 11 people, and things started going wrong right from the beginning. We ordered 2 plates of kebab, but instead of serving everyone together, the staff served 5 of us first, and the remaining 6 were served more than 30 minutes later — even though we were all seated at the same table. Before everyone even got their starters, the main course started coming out — again in random batches. First 5 people were served, then 2, then another 2, and the last 2 got their food when most of us had already finished eating. We eventually had to tell everyone to just start before the food got cold. We had also ordered salad along with the biryani, but almost everyone finished their biryani and the salad never arrived. We had to cancel it at the end. And when we asked for the plates to be cleared, the captain in charge replied very rudely, saying, “ek haath me khali plate do, dusre haath se lo.” That kind of tone and behaviour was completely uncalled for. For a brand like Arsalan, this level of poor service and such rude staff behaviour is totally unexpected. The captain’s attitude was extremely disrespectful and uninviting. After this experience, I honestly have no wish to visit this outlet again.

I recently visited the Arsalan outlet on Rippon Street in Kolkata for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience that might also be my last. Despite the brand’s reputation, the quality of the food and service fell far short of expectations. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of staff, but they seemed disorganized and inattentive. After we sat down, our order was taken quickly, and a green salad was served within a minute. However, the starters took nearly half an hour to arrive despite multiple reminders, and when they did, the taste was underwhelming—lacking flavor and not even comparable to what I’d find at a local eatery. The main dish, the “special” mutton biryani priced at around 800, was equally disappointing. The rice was overly oily with no biryani flavor, almost like plain rice soaked in oil. The mutton pieces were small and unappealing, far from what you’d expect for the price. For two people, the bill came to 1400, which felt unjustified given the quality. Additionally, the restaurant’s hygiene was poor. The bathroom was unclean, and the floor was so oily it felt slippery. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend this outlet based on my visit.
