They have zero professionalism! We went for celebration of diwali, we were 10 people and before going there, I asked if they serve unlimited lunch and they said yes, i confirmed, then we went there. We reached there , I went there and confirmed with guy at reception and here comes the worst part, he was all in attitude like you should have told me earlier, it's not enough to confirm on call, I should have had known, I didn't want any trouble so I said "fine, tell me now, do you serve unlimited lunch or not?" After a few mins there was picture for unlimited menu given to us, which was literally white paper and laminated, no better presentation, anyways my point was that if you had whole menu for each day about what you serve then why to treat customers with such an attitude? You are supposed to be prepared for this if you have "menu", worse than this, on menu lunch was for ₹350+taxes, however he said that I'll have to pay ₹400+taxes since it's festival(50 rupees per person, if you have 10 people that's ₹500 spent without any specific reason). What is this behaviour? And it was not about money, it's about standards and money. And anyone who went there to have peaceful lunch with their family would not be doing any such stuff of arguing and I did not. It got worse, I thought I'd pay with dine out and tbh it showed on dine out that they accepted, no further conditions, bill was ₹4200(₹400 per person+taxes) and had I paid with dineout, I would have get dine cash of 10% that is ₹420. And there was their unprofessionalism again, they said they'll not accept payment with dineout because it was unlimited and not normal order. Like does this make any sense? In either way it was supposed to be paid to them. Note here that in dineout, restaurant was open, no issues were there, no such explicit conditions stated. They simply did not accept it. And me being with family, did not argue anymore, basically I had to pay ₹920 extra(₹500 of additional,charges and ₹420 of dinecash) that's like 21% of total bill amount. This was so unprofessional restaurant, never recommended, please don't go there. Ps : I asked in hindi, all of them replied in gujarati and this happened to all people there, be it guy at reception, another waiter who takes order, another waiters who were serving.... All replied in gujarati except for one. Anyways I am gujarati so it was not an issue of communication. If you're non-gujarati, take care.
