Very disappointing experience due to the hotel staff’s behavior. The staff talked very rudely and showed no professionalism or respect towards guests. Instead of helping, they were uncooperative and dismissive, which made the stay uncomfortable. Hospitality is not just about rooms, it’s about how guests are treated, and this hotel failed badly in that aspect. I would not recommend this place unless the management seriously improves staff training and customer service. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Taking care of hunger pangs with delicious food and fun for kids, Arora's is a casual dining restaurant serving a variety of delicious preparations. A great place at Makarwali Road, it is praised for its stylish presentation and is a nice joint to visit when one is looking to satiate hunger pangs with tasty, hygienic food at nominal prices.
